Frequently Asked Questions
Question: Is it possible to add a border to our table or chart in the AML Program/Policy and CDD section in AML Accelerate?
Answer: Yes it is possible, and easy, to add borders to tables. See our FAQ for the steps.
Question: Can data be changed in the AML Program / Risk Assessment after it has been published or adopted in AML Accelerate?
Answer: No, once published the Program and Risk Assessment cannot be changed. But you can quickly copy it to create a new program and make your changes in the new program. To learn how, see our FAQ.
Question: Is it possible to get an extract of all product descriptions?
Answer: Yes, all products and their descriptions can be downloaded from the Help Center.
Question: In AML Accelerate, the Customer Risk question on Higher Risk Business Activities – is this for business accounts and/or personal accounts?
Answer: Both business accounts and personal accounts should be included when data is available for both. For more information on answering this question, see our FAQ.
