Viv is a graduate of UNSW and joined Arctic Intelligence in January 2018, to perform an Operations Analyst role.
In this function, Viv is responsible for daily operations of the office including financial tracking, customer onboarding and operational reporting etc.

Jan has been assisting regulated businesses mitigate financial crime risks for nearly twenty years. He was CEO at MHA, a premier anti-money laundering advisory firm until 2012 when MHA’s various business units were sold to Thomson Reuters and Wynyard Group respectively. Jan worked subsequently at Thomson Reuters as a financial crime subject matter expert and client solutions director helping clients to implement technology based solutions to mitigate financial crime risk. Jan has joined Arctic Intelligence to lead Arctic’s drive into the UK market.

Mike is a technology industry veteran who has strong experience providing valuable solutions for clients across Asia over the last 20 years.
Mike is Singapore based and has worked with clients across the region and has been located in Shanghai, Mumbai, Jakarta, Hong Kong and Korea.
His company background is in areas of Sales, Services, Payments, Risk, Security, Technology and Delivery for ANZ Bank, Tandem Computers, Compaq Computers, Hewlett Packard and Oracle Corporation.
Digital Marketing Assistant
Beixi is a graduate of USYD and joined Arctic Intelligence in June 2018, to perform a Digital Marketing Assistant role.
In this function, Beixi is responsible for customer data analytics, online campaign, content marketing, social media management etc.
Celine has experience in business sales and corporate communications at Vodafone Hutchison Australia and marketing at UNSW. Currently studying Commerce and Media at UNSW. Joined Arctic Intelligence in 2018.
Nathan has over 20 years in the Infrastructure & Technology industry. Bringing expertise in senior management, operational strategy and business leadership coupled with hands-on technical experience across the full IT spectrum including planning, delivery & support; large scale virtualisation design & management; IT transformation & scaling; inter-office & data centre infrastructure & operations; networking; end user support; in depth root cause analysis & prevention; web development and internet technologies.
Annie has over 18years testing experience in the banking and financial services industry. She is passionate about delivering products that are of high quality and valuable to the end user. She also enjoys working collaboratively with her team on all aspects of the software development life cycle.
Roma is a graduate of Victoria university and was hired by Arctic Intelligence to perform Systems testing.
In this role, she is responsible for preparing and executing systems testing across all platforms, as well as, gathering and documenting requirements.
Rifat has completed his Masters of IT from CQUniversity and joined Arctic Intelligence in October 2017, to perform Systems Analyst roles.
He is responsible for collaborating with Business Analysts and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent. He is also responsible for running tests and diagnose problems in order to make sure that our critical business requirements are met.
Ravi Nayyar is a BCom (Hons) LLB student at the University of Sydney. With a keen interest in distributed ledger technology, financial crime and AMLCTF law, his Honours thesis (in Business Law) focuses on how conventional AMLCTF regimes can be adapted to regulate cryptocurrency ecosystems. He has co-authored a paper in the Stanford Journal of Blockchain Law & Policy, and has written on financial crime risk in the cryptocurrency context. With fellow members of NSW Young Lawyers, Ravi has co-authored submissions to various government inquiries and consultations that cover topics such as the interaction of human rights and technology, the black economy, and the proposed Australian Government ‘Data Sharing and Release’ legislation.

Michael recently retired as PwC Australia Chairman after 24 years as a Partner and also served as a Director on the PwC Global Board for 4 years, ending in June 2017.
Michael joined Arctic Intelligence as an Independent Director in June 2017.
John is an independent non-executive director of 360 Capital Group a listed property fund. Prior to this John held the position of Chief Investment Officer with HIH Insurance and was responsible for more than $3 billion of funds.
John joined the Board of Arctic Intelligence in January 2016.
Neil spent 10 years consulting for Accenture and 10 years as an executive at Macquarie Bank before being appointed as the CEO of OFX, which he successfully led through an exceptional growth period culminating in an ASX listing.
Neil joined Arctic Intelligence as an Independent Director in April 2017.
Senior finance executive with deep risk, banking, legal and general commercial experience.
Recently retired after more than 20 years working for Westpac Banking Corporation, including as a senior executive working in the CEO’s office.
In July 2006, Jack co-founded Donaldson Burston a unique investment partnership that was formed to introduce, market, manage and promote small and medium sized global asset managers to Australian based investors.
Prior to this Jack spent 17 years at Goldman Sachs where he was responsible for running the sales side trading team.
Drew is the Head of Trading, Institutional Sales and Research at the National Australia Bank and prior to that served as an Executive General Manager in the NAB for 5 years.
Jonathan has 30+ years experience in investment banking and M&A focussing on mid-market transactions and is a Director of Longreach.
Jonathan has acted in mergers and acquisitions, divestments, and equity and debt raising for a range of multinationals, listed companies, private equity funds and private groups.
Brett has 25+ years experience in financial markets and wealth management, working at Macquarie Bank as an Executive Director of the Financial Services Division and was the CEO of E*Trade Australia prior to the takeover by ANZ.
Jeff has 25+ years experience in investment banking with leading advisory firms. He has also been lead adviser to the Commonwealth and State Governments on four business privatisations, a public takeover by a Commonwealth GBE and a range of other Government advisory assignments.
Paul recently retired from Goldman Sachs after serving 23 years at the bank as managing director and head of futures for Asia. Paul also served as the chairman of FIA Asia’s Regulatory Advisory board. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs in 1992 in London he spent six years at Hill Samuel Bank.
Gary has over 30 years’ experience in financial markets and banking having spent 15 years in Financial Markets Management roles at Bankers Trust, before the Deutsche Bank takeover he was Head of Foreign Exchange Asia. Gary then co-founded OFX in 2004. He had multiple roles while growing the business and eventually listing it on the ASX in 2013.
Sam has 30+ years investment experience. In 1999, founded Ceres Capital. Prior to Ceres Capital, he worked at Structured Asset Management, a successful hedge fund he co-founded in 1993 focusing predominantly on global equity markets. From 1985 to 1993, he worked at JB Were and was a partner from 1988.
Nigel is an Executive Director for Credit Suisse, Australia.

Aub is a career banker with 42+ years of professional experience. Aub has been involved with fraud and anti-money laundering controls since 1991 and has appeared as a technical expert before several Australian parliamentary committees.
Aub is a founding member and Co-Chair of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS) Australasian Chapter and a member of the ACAMS Education Taskforce.

Neil has a unique background in financial crime risk management spanning almost 30 years, investigating money laundering as a Law Enforcement Officer, developing AML regulation and supervision techniques as a Financial Services Regulator, and managing AML compliance across Europe, the US, Latin America, Asia and Australia.
Neil has extensive experience in designing and implementing policy and controls to address AML/CFT compliance.
