Having held integral senior roles within Euler Hermes HSBC, GE Capital and Coface, Mark has driven company performance through strategic initiative implementation, commercial policy change delivering enhanced multi channel growth. He has an in-depth knowledge of commercial operational compliance, including baseline consulting with full P&L evaluation. He is based in London, England.

Levi brings over five years of success in marketing and business development within financial technology, driving revenue growth for Partners Group and London Tech Equity. With a Cybersecurity background from Abertay and broad experience gained within a Tech startup, Levi now focuses on delivering Arctic Intelligence’s advanced financial crime prevention solutions to leading regulated organisations.
Splitting his time between London and Europe, he is committed to expanding Arctic’s impact in Financial Crime Compliance.

Simon was a director at PwC Australia working alongside Arctic Intelligence after they successfully passed an extensive due-diligence process and were selected to join PwC's 'Business Align and Connect' program from over 500 candidates.
Simon previously worked as a financial adviser and in the global financial markets, including fixed-income sales and futures trading, in Sydney and London.

Patricia has over 15 years in the software industry with expertise in technical support, documentation, knowledge management, and product analysis. As an avid customer advocate and product SME, she has a passion for customer satisfaction and enablement. Patricia joined Arctic Intelligence in March 2020 as Customer Manager.

Rifat has completed his Masters of IT from CQUniversity and joined Arctic Intelligence in October 2017, to perform Software/QA Tester roles.
He is responsible for collaborating with Business Analysts and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent. He is also responsible for running tests and diagnosing problems in order to make sure that our critical business requirements are met.
