Darren has 20+ years as a risk management professional consulting for E&Y and Deloitte, with the last 10 years working as a Divisional Director in various Senior Management roles at Macquarie Bank.
Chief Financial Officer
David has over 20 years of experience in finance operations and risk management from the Big 4 consultancy firms and a number of multinational corporations in London, Hong Kong and Sydney. Prior to joining Arctic, he was managing the finance function and was a Director on the Board for a soft drinks start-up company in the UK.
He holds a MSc in Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science and is a qualified Chartered Accountant in Australia and England and Wales.
Nathan has over 20 years in the Infrastructure & Technology industry. Bringing expertise in senior management, operational strategy and business leadership coupled with hands-on technical experience across the full IT spectrum including planning, delivery & support; large scale virtualisation design & management; IT transformation & scaling; inter-office & data centre infrastructure & operations; networking; end user support; in depth root cause analysis & prevention; web development and internet technologies.
Director of Sales EMEA
Rosie has over 10 years’ experience selling data and technology into businesses to improve the way they manage regulatory compliance. Starting her career at WorldCheck and continuing into Thomson Reuters where she worked as a Screening specialist, working with both Financial and corporate clients to implement appropriate, scalable solutions to comply with their regulatory obligations and ensure best practice in line with their specific risk based approach.
Director of Sales, Australia & Asia
Ali has 15 years+ of experience in Sales and Leadership, across various risk industries including data, technology, procurement risk and due diligence, helping businesses to manage financial and regulatory risk. A graduate of UNSW with Majors in Finance, Accounting and Economics, his career spans over various sectors including Banking, Insurance, Construction, and Credit Bureaus. Passionate about helping businesses to effectively manage risk while growing sustainably.
Adam van Saarloos
A graduate from Macquarie University, Adam joined Arctic Intelligence in January 2020 as a Sales Executive for Australia and New Zealand.
In this role, Adam is responsible for driving sales opportunities and works to evaluate current and potential client’s needs and concerns.
With over 10 years’ marketing experience, Mia has worked within large multinational tech businesses such as Visa and PayPal as both a consumer and business marketer. She has also helped start-up business Braintree scale across APAC and managed Adobe’s APAC outbound marketing function utilising a best-in-class account-based marketing approach. She is a strategic marketer, creative thinker and extremely passionate about social impact and fighting financial crime.
An industry veteran with over twenty years of IT experience. His past experience includes nine years at Microsoft as well as having played a key role in building the development practice at the IQ group and leading the .net practice at Definiti. Well-versed in a wide array of technologies and with ample experience designing and overseeing the implementation of enterprise solutions and mission-critical systems across many different industries in several countries.
Pengcheng is a graduate of the University of New South Wales and was hired by Arctic Intelligence to perform Software Developer role. In this role, he is responsible for Devexpress Report.
Zax is a Bachelor of Engineering (Software) student at The University of Sydney and joined Arctic Intelligence in April 2019. He has multi-industry experience and is very passionate about the RegTech industry. In his role, Zax is responsible for software engineering and software development.
Tammy has a keen focus on meeting client needs and thrives in diverse and dynamic environments. She is a highly motivated professional with 10 + years of driving out robust requirements and delivering quality solutions in financial services environments across Australia, Singapore and the UK.
QA Test Lead
Anjana has 9 years of experience in Quality Assurance and has worked across Retail, Telco and financial services. She has spearheaded QA activities for the countrywide launch of digital telco and major loyalty programs with a retail giant.
She is responsible for collaborating with BA and engineering teams to ensure the test outcomes are achieved in an efficient way. She is also responsible for leading and mentoring team members towards delivering quality outputs.
Rifat has completed his Masters of IT from CQUniversity and joined Arctic Intelligence in October 2017, to perform Software/QA Tester roles.
He is responsible for collaborating with Business Analysts and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent. He is also responsible for running tests and diagnosing problems in order to make sure that our critical business requirements are met.
Patricia has over 15 years in the software industry with expertise in technical support, documentation, knowledge management, and product analysis. As an avid customer advocate and product SME, she has a passion for customer satisfaction and enablement. Patricia joined Arctic Intelligence in March 2020 as Customer Manager.
Nick is a specialist in risk and compliance and has 20+ years of international experience having founded and run businesses in UK/Europe, US and Asia Pacific.
He has founded and scaled 4 businesses and now specialises in investing in fast-growing businesses with international potential.
John is an independent non-executive director of 360 Capital Group a listed property fund. Prior to this John held the position of Chief Investment Officer with HIH Insurance and was responsible for more than $3 billion of funds.
John joined the Board of Arctic Intelligence in January 2016.
Senior finance executive with deep risk, banking, legal and general commercial experience.
Recently retired after more than 20 years working for Westpac Banking Corporation, including as a senior executive working in the CEO’s office.
