In July 2006, Jack co-founded Donaldson Burston a unique investment partnership that was formed to introduce, market, manage and promote small and medium sized global asset managers to Australian based investors.
Prior to this Jack spent 17 years at Goldman Sachs where he was responsible for running the sales side trading team.
John is an independent non-executive director of 360 Capital Group a listed property fund. In 2002, founded Rimcorp Property Limited which was sold in 2008 with approximately $100m in funds under management. Prior to this John held the position of Chief Investment Officer with HIH Insurance and was responsible for more than $3 billion of funds.
John joined the Board of Arctic Intelligence in January 2016.
Sam Brougham founded Ceres Capital in 1999. Mr. Brougham has over 30 years investment experience. Prior to Ceres Capital, he worked at Structured Asset Management, a successful hedge fund he co-founded in 1993 focusing predominantly on global equity markets. From 1985 to 1993, he worked at JB Were and was a partner from 1988.
Drew is the Head of Trading, Institutional Sales and Research at the National Australia Bank and prior to that served as an Executive General Manager in the NAB for 5 years.
Jonathan has 30+ years’ experience in investment banking and M&A focussing on mid-market transactions and is a Director of Longreach.
Jonathan has acted in mergers and acquisitions, divestments, and equity and debt raising’s for a range of multinationals, listed companies, private equity funds and private groups.
Brett has over 25 years’ experience in financial markets and wealth management, working at Macquarie Bank as an Executive Director of the Financial Services Division and was the CEO of E*Trade Australia prior to the takeover by ANZ.
Jeff has over 25 years‘ experience in investment banking with leading advisory firms. Since 1990, firstly with Baring’s and then ABN AMRO, Jeff has advised a large number of major Australian companies and multinationals on a range of complex mergers and acquisitions transactions.
He has extensive experience in providing advice to clients in the financial services industry. He has also been lead adviser to the Commonwealth and State Governments on four business privatisations, a public takeover by a Commonwealth GBE and a range of other Government advisory assignments.
Paul recently retired from Goldman Sachs after serving 23 years at the bank as managing director and head of futures for Asia. Paul also served as the chairman of FIA Asia’s Regulatory Advisory board. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs in 1992 in London he spent six years at Hill Samuel Bank.
Neil spent 10 years consulting for Accenture and 10 years as an executive at Macquarie Bank before being appointed as the CEO of OFX, which he successfully led through an exceptional growth period culminating in an ASX listing.
Neil joined Arctic Intelligence as an Independent Director in April 2017.
Michael recently retired as PwC Australia Chairman after 24 years as a Partner and also served as a Director on the PwC Global Board for 4 years, ending in June 2017.

Recently retired after more than 20 years working for Westpac Banking Corporation, including as a senior executive working in the CEO’s office.
