Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Requirement gathering from external customers and internal stakeholders (sales, customer support, operations etc.)
• Documenting high-level and detailed functional and technical requirements (including wireframes as required) for feature enhancements, platform enhancements and bug-fixes using Confluence and JIRA, via epics and user stories.
• Conducting business analysis based on business requirements and translating these into clearly documented business requirements so they are able to be understood by in-house/contracted development teams.
• Work closely with the Product & Technology team to evaluate alternative solution designs and provide support on the design, development and testing estimates.
• Work closely with the Sales/Customer Services teams to identify and prioritise, backlog items into the platform roadmap, which deliver the most value to our clients.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, provide workarounds, and submit bugs to the Dev team.
• Provide User Acceptance Testing support for platform upgrades and releases.
